What is the difference between refurbished instruments and new ?
Most of our instruments are from ceased Pharmaceutical research projects. When the project ends, all laboratory items have to be liquidated so here is where we come in…we Refurbish the instruments, inspect them step by step and replace the wearable parts with new. Each instrument is tested from our service team to meet the specifications of the manufacturer, then we offer it for sale with only in a Fraxion of the original item price.
Can I can test the instrument before I buy it ?
Τhe instruments that are already in our Test laboratory are available for viewing and checking. You are welcomed to visit us with your own test samples and we will test them together (time and date arrangements have to be made prior to your visit).
Can you provide guarantee for the instruments for sale?
Yes, the instruments you buy from us are covered by 3 month guarantee period on parts.
Telephone and remote computer support are free of charge until the instrument’s end of life.
Extended guarantee period options, are available at request.
Can you provide installation for the instruments ?
We can make the installation on every instrument we sell.
Parts and accessories that may be needed for the installation are not included and are available at cost.
We have the ability to take care for all the necessary accessories such as connections with gasses, hoods, etc.in order to offer one key solution.
Can you provide training on my purchased instrument ?
Yes we can. Training on usage and basic operation of the instrument is included with the installation costs.
Advanced traning on users is available on request.
What are the acceptanble means of payment ?
We only accept direct Bank Transfer / Wire Payment. When the money arrive into our bank account then and only then the delivery period starts.
How long it takes to deliver an instrument ?
The usual delivery period is about 4-6 weeks. Time may vary with distance and in cases customs are involved (export).
Can you arrange for shipping ?
Packing of the instrument is free of charge as it is included in the price.
We use trustable companies to make the delivery of the purchased instrument worldwide.
Insurance can be purchased separately for peace of mind.
You can also use your FEDEX, UPS, TNT, DHL account to arrange for shipping.
Can you take care of service and annual maintenace ?
After sales support is important for us. We can perform Annual service maintenance and troubleshooting for all the instruments we sell.
