We specialize in selling refurbished instruments that are fully tested according to the manufacturer’s specifications and come with our own warranty. Customers are welcome to visit our laboratory to run their samples and evaluate the instruments before making a purchase.
We are a VAT-registered company in Greece, and invoices can be issued separately. For customers in Greece, VAT will be added to the invoice.

The main differences between refurbished and new instruments are related to their condition, price, warranty, and potential wear. Refurbished Instruments are pre-owned instruments that have been repaired, restored, and tested to meet the manufacturer’s standards. They might have been returned by customers, or used as demos, and then sent back for refurbishing. Usually cheaper than new ones, the price reduction can be significant. Refurbished items work just as well as new ones. Buying refurbished items is a more sustainable option, as it reduces waste and promotes the reuse of products.
The instruments currently available in our Test Laboratory are open for viewing and inspection. You are welcome to visit us with your own test samples, and we can conduct the tests together. Please note that prior arrangements for the time and date of your visit must be made.
Yes, the instruments you purchase from us are covered by a 3-month warranty on parts. Telephone and remote computer support are provided free of charge for the instrument's entire lifespan. Extended warranty options are available upon request.
We offer installation services for all the instruments we sell. Please note that parts and accessories required for installation are not included and will be provided at cost. We are also capable of handling all necessary accessories, such as gas connections, hoods, etc., to provide a comprehensive solution.
Yes, we can. Training on the usage and basic operation of the instrument is included in the installation costs. Advanced user training is available upon request.
We only accept direct bank transfers/wire payments. The delivery period will begin only once the payment has been received in our bank account.
Packing of the instrument is free of charge, as it is included in the price. We use reliable companies to handle the worldwide delivery of the purchased instrument. Insurance can be purchased separately for added peace of mind. Alternatively, you can use your own FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL account to arrange the shipping.
After-sales support is important to us. We offer annual service maintenance and troubleshooting for all the instruments we sell.
The usual delivery period is approximately 4-6 weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on distance and, in cases involving exports, customs processing.
