The Edwards nXDS10i is the next generation in completely oil free, dry scroll pumps and replaces the Edwards XDS10. Edwards nXDS10i improves on legacy XDS series pumps by offering increased pumping speeds, combined with lower ultimate pressures, lower power consumption and lower noise. Gas ballast allows for pumping of condensable vapours including, water, solvents, dilute acids and bases. Edwards nXDS10i pumps also feature the latest in tip seal technology giving significantly longer life between tip seal changes. Integrated inverter drive with auto sensing voltage input delivers optimized pumping performance globally. Edwards nXDS10i pumps are designed to be completely field serviceable.

The Edwards XDD1 diaphragm pumps are used for backing small compound turbomolecular pumps in clean, high vacuum applications. They comply with EN61010, EN1012, CSA/UL and are designed to be free standing bench top units. The a.c. voltage motor can be used on worldwide supplies ranging from 100 to 115 V, and 200 to 230 V. The d.c. voltage motor runs on 24 V via a 15 pin DIN connector. By selecting the appropriate mode the pump speed can be controlled by the user to provide variable pumping speed. This version is suited to the customer who is building their own a system. Pumps are not supplied with connection cables. A suitable cable should be ordered with the pump.

The Wide Range Gauge (WRG) offers the capability of single port pressure measurement in the range atmosphere to 10-9 mbar with a linear output. Its a compact solution, halving the space and connectivity hardware requirement, which can be all important in many applications. The WRG has many novel features, including a new patented striker, pushbutton calibration and set point controls and comprehensive diagnostics. The WRG is a cost-effective vacuum management solution when used either with a Edwards controller or directly integrated into the system controls.
The WRG-SL is compatible with the Edwards Active Digital Controller (ADC).
